Migrated Telecom from Grasshopper to Mitel Cloud PBX Enterprise

• Negotiated SLA and pricing and saved $36K in annual fees by utilizing our network and firewalls  and to be self managed through their Arriba Portal. Portal allowed new user creation and management, as well as settings to configure call routing, voicemail, auto attendants and menus
• Planned migration for 3 month completion
• Collaborated with department managers to structure phone menus, call routing and voicemail.
• Arranged the porting of main numbers to Mitel
• Developed end user training documents and video
